Do your prices include delivery?
 
The price may include delivery to your site, depending on your location.
 
If we need to make a charge for delivery, we will tell you beforehand if there will be a delivery charge and exactly how much the delivery charge will be.
 
I do not live within the areas listed.  Do you make deliveries elsewhere?
 
We can make deliveries outside the listed areas.  Contact us with your details.  We will tell you if we can deliver to your address and exactly how much the delivery charge will be.
 
How long after I place an order can I expect delivery?
 
We will tell you when you order how soon we can supply and deliver.
 
Do I have to be in when you deliver?

We cannot normally deliver unless someone is there to accept delivery.  If this may cause you difficulties, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
